Marine Surveys:
Pre-Purchase / Insurance / Appraisals
Full written report with photographic support covering the condition of the vessel's
hull, systems, wiring, electronics, interior, and any other related items included in
the sale.
All information gathered during the survey is communicated directly to the
purchaser of the survey report. Any distribution of information to third parties is
done only by permission by the purchaser of the survey report.

Inspections:
Vessel Inspections - General inspections for pre-purchase or selling
Buying or Selling a boat but don't need a full survey performed?
Have the boat inspected for any overlooked problems or areas of concern.
All information will directly communicated to you verbally and areas of concern will
be covered so that you can make a decision whether to purchase the vessel or not.

On The Water Vessel Handling Instruction:
Higgins Marine Services provides a U. S. Coast Guard licensed Captain for on the
water training in docking, handling, anchoring and emergency procedures on your
own vessel.
Upon completion of training, a written document will provided which may be used for
insurance puposes.

Vessel Condition Reports:
Planning on being away from you boat for a while like a vacation or winter escape
from the rain?
Don't want to worry about your boat and how it is doing?

Enjoy your time away knowing that H.M.S. will check up on your boat and provide an
update on the condition and any items of concern. Eliminate unwanted and costly
surprises upon your return.

Services include:
-Checking lines and fenders (lake levels, tide changes, wind)
-Interior and Exterior Examination
-System Checks
-House or Hull Leaks
-General Cleaning (if needed)
-Update (email) with digital pictures

Weekly/Monthly checks can be performed and updates sent to you directly via email
or phone after every visit. All information is confidential.
